Abstract: 2005, the year will go down in the annals history of Indian Panel Code as the year of the Right to Information and in the memory of commoners as the bitter struggle between government and he junta it represents (or claims to). The play, while assisting the movement, raises the more fundamental question of state and efficacy of the democracy in the country. The conclusion points "Referendum" as a provision that may be a solution and needs to be pondered upon.
