Abstract: With the population of more then a billion a India has its own set of problems. One such recently observed, and here to stay, trend is "Mob Mentality". This trend, observed in recent years, in form of Eve teasing, Godhra Riots, Forced protests or protests forcefully stopped and topping it all attempts to curb the freedom of expression. Authors believe that India as a country needs tougher laws on its pseudo-democratic-leadres to prevent them from exploiting mob-mentality which if left unattended may seer the fundanmental fabric of our constitution.
